How to Order We accept all major credit cards via our online secure ordering system. To order a product click on the image of the product to enlarge the image and to go to the ordering page. Once there, click on the 'Add to Cart' button to add the item to the shopping cart. If you're finished shopping, click on 'Purchase Online' button and fill out the billing information. Once you are finished filling out the billing information, click on the 'Submit' button to submit your order. You should now see a 'Thank you' Screen. You will receive a confirmation request for your order within 24 hours. We also accept money orders. To order by money order, add the item(s) to your cart, and then click on the 'Print Order Form' button. Shipping We ship by way of USPS Priority mail, which normally ships in 2 - 5 business days. For orders made outside of the United States, there is an additional shipping charge of $10 (USD). Tam washing directions 1. Machine wash using warm water and mild soap or mild detergent. 2. You may return items for exchange only if one of the following conditions applies: a) Imperfect workmanship of the item b) We have mistakenly sent you the wrong item Before returning an item for exchange please EMAIL us for a RMA number. We can't accept items for exchange without a RMA number. Please inform us of your name, mailing address, and the item(s) ordered that you wish to exchange.
